Talkiatry is a nationally operating, clinician‑led virtual psychiatry practice delivering 100% remote outpatient care across the United States. This PMHNP role offers predictable W‑2 compensation, control over schedule, and full operational support with an in‑house referral network.

You will perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychoeducation for lower to moderate acuity patients, using established clinical standards with 60‑minute intakes and 30‑minute

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC with an active, unrestricted license.
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care via telepsychiatry.
• Proficient in using EMR to document care.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care with 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
• Collaborate with in-house psychiatrists and therapists and maintain evidence-based practice.
• Maintain high clinical standards with proactive care planning.
