Job summary

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering a fully remote outpatient model. PMHNPs have control over schedule and patient population with minimal administrative burden.

Compensation is 100% W-2 with total annual on-target earnings of $180k–$215k+, including base salary and monthly productivity; benefits include malpractice coverage, health/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) required.
• Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as PMHNP.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care with standard 60-min intakes and 30-min follow-ups.
• Deliver evaluations, treatment planning and medication management.
• Utilize EMR to document care accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with in-house psychiatrists and therapists in an integrated care model.
