Job summary

Talkiatry, a clinician-led virtual psychiatry practice, seeks an experienced PMHNP-BC for 100% remote outpatient care. You’ll manage comprehensive evaluations, treatment plans, and medication management with an in-house referral network, while enjoying schedule control and minimal admin burden.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC required
• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license with autonomous practice authority
• Minimum 3 years post-graduate clinical PMHNP experience
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care including evaluations, treatment planning and medication management
• Psychoeducation and supportive therapy experience
• Comfort in a fully remote, telepsychiatry model
• Proficiency with electronic medical records to document care accurately and efficiently
• Strong clinical judgment and clear communication in a collaborative, team-based setting
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing clinical development

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care
• Manage comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment plans
• Conduct medication management within established clinical standards
• Deliver psychoeducation and supportive therapy
• Collaborate with in-house psychiatrists and therapists
• Utilize EMR and maintain accurate documentation
• Operate within a flexible schedule with clinical autonomy
