Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice blending hospital-level stability with private practice autonomy. This role targets experienced PMHNPs seeking predictable W-2 compensation, schedule control, and minimal admin in a fully remote outpatient model.

Work is 100% remote, with standard session lengths and a supportive in-house referral network. Competitive total compensation ($180k–$215k+) includes comprehensive benefits and CME support.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP with active license and autonomous practice authority.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care including evaluations, treatment planning and medication management.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and telepsychiatry workflow.
• Strong clinical judgment and collaborative, team-based approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Manage medications and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and provide supportive therapy when appropriate.
