Job summary

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice delivering outpatient care entirely remotely. This role targets experienced PMHNPs who want predictable W-2 compensation, autonomy over schedule, and support with scheduling, billing, and licensing.

You will conduct 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups for a lower-to-moderate acuity patient mix, with full operational backing, including licensing assistance and an in-house referral network.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC with active unrestricted license.
• Minimum 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations, treatment planning and medication management.
• Comfort practicing in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model.
• Proficiency using EMR to document care accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and create treatment plans.
• Manage medications and follow-up visits per established standards.
• Collaborate with in-house psychiatrists and therapists within a referral network.
