Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering PMHNPs predictable W-2 compensation and strong benefits. The role emphasizes autonomy over schedule, patient population, and session structure within an outpatient, fully remote model.

The position features 100% remote, outpatient care for lower-to-moderate acuity patients with 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups, backed by a comprehensive in-house support network including scheduling and billing.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC with active license to practice independently.
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care including evaluations, treatment planning and medication management.
• Proficient in psychoeducation and supportive therapy; comfortable with remote telepsychiatry.
• Skilled in documenting care accurately and efficiently in EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Manage medications and monitor treatment response.
• Collaborate with in-house psychiatrists and therapists within an integrated care model.
• Utilize scheduling and licensing support provided by the organization to streamline care.
