Qualifications

• 5+ years of implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM solutions in a service organization.
• Strong leadership in complex enterprise environments and governance.
• Experience with Power Platform tools and data integrations.
• Ability to translate business needs into epics, features, and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Dynamics 365 CRM product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify needs and define platform enhancements.
• Translate requirements into epics, features, and user stories for teams.
• Prioritize features, defects, and improvements based on value and risk.
• Lead product discovery, backlog refinement, and release planning.
• Collaborate on configurations, integrations, and data governance.
