Job summary

Toppan Merrill in the United States is seeking a Platform Manager for Microsoft Dynamics 365 to steer strategic direction, prioritize development, and optimize the platform for users and processes.

The Product Owner will maintain the roadmap and backlog, translate business needs into epics and stories, and partner with business leaders, IT, and partners to deliver measurable value while maintaining governance, security, and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS, MIS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or similar.
• Proven functional leadership in a complex enterprise environment.
• Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse and API integrations.
• Experience developing and managing platform roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.
• Strong business process analysis, process improvement, data management, and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Dynamics 365 CRM product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
• Partner with business leaders, IT, and stakeholders to understand processes and define opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements for development teams.
• Prioritize features, defects, and improvements based on value, risk, and resources.
• Serve as the primary decision-maker for the Dynamics 365 platform and provide guidance to teams.
• Lead product discovery, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, UAT, release planning, and post-implementation reviews.
• Evaluate processes to identify automation and user experience improvements.
• Collaborate with technical teams on configuration, integrations, workflows, data management, and security.
• Establish and monitor product performance and adoption to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate priorities, roadmaps, and impacts.
• Support change management, training, and user adoption.
• Maintain knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities and future roadmap.
• Ensure governance, security, data integrity, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
