Job summary

Toppan Merrill LLC is seeking a Platform Manager for Microsoft Dynamics 365 to drive strategic direction, prioritization, and ongoing optimization. You will bridge business needs and tech teams, shaping scalable solutions with governance, data integrity, and sustainability.

You will maintain the product roadmap, collaborate with stakeholders, and lead discovery, planning, and reviews to deliver measurable value across the Dynamics 365 landscape. Strong communication is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions or comparable CRM solutions in a service organization.
• Demonstrated functional leadership experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a complex business or enterprise environment.
• Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Strong understanding of Dataverse and API integrations.
• Experience developing and managing platform roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, process improvement, system configuration, data management, integrations, workflows, and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage competing priorities, and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM product vision, roadmap, and backlog, ensuring priorities align with business objectives and strategy.
• Partner with leaders, end users, IT, and stakeholders to understand processes, identify needs, and define platform enhancements.
• Translate requirements into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs for teams.
• Prioritize features, enhancements, defects, and improvements by value, risk, and resources.
• Serve as the primary functional decision-maker for the Dynamics 365 platform and provide guidance to developers and admins.
• Lead discovery, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, UAT, release planning, and post-implementation reviews.
• Evaluate processes and systems for automation, standardization, and improved user experience.
• Support platform configuration, integrations, workflows, data management, security roles, and reporting.
