Job summary

Toppan Merrill LLC is seeking a Platform Manager - Microsoft Dynamics 365 to steer the platform's strategy, prioritization, and ongoing optimization. This role acts as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating needs into scalable solutions that improve processes and user experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining the product roadmap, collaborating across departments, and guiding governance, security, and data integrity for sustained value delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS, MIS, or related field.
• 5+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or similar CRM in a service organization.
• Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of Dataverse and API integrations.
• Experience developing and managing platform roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, and business requirements.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, process improvement, system configuration, data management, integrations, workflows, and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Dynamics 365 CRM product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
• Collaborate with business leaders, end users, IT, and stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities for platform enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Prioritize features and defects based on business value, risk, and available resources.
• Serve as the primary decision-maker for Dynamics 365 platform governance and direction.
• Lead product discovery, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and user acceptance testing.
• Partner with technical teams on configuration, integrations, workflows, and data management.
• Monitor performance, adoption, and outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate priorities and release plans.
• Support change management, training, and user adoption with business leaders.
