Velvet Horizons is seeking a detail-oriented Planning Consultant to support clients with coordination and scheduling services in a fully remote environment. You will manage client requests, organize logistics, and ensure end-to-end planning with focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include researching options, coordinating with third-party providers, and documenting client interactions while maintaining high-quality client support and continuous learning opportunities.
