Job summary

Velvet Horizons is seeking a detail-oriented Planning Consultant to support clients with coordination and scheduling in a fully remote environment. You will manage requests, organize logistics, and ensure a smooth end-to-end planning process.

You will communicate with clients by phone and email; research options for accommodations and transportation; coordinate scheduling; process reservations; and document interactions in company systems. Onboarding and ongoing development are included.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with online tools and scheduling platforms.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and digital platforms to gather requirements and provide support
• Research and present suitable options for accommodations, transportation, and related services
• Prepare structured plans and coordinate scheduling based on client preferences and availability
• Process reservations and confirm service arrangements with third-party providers
• Provide consistent, professional customer support throughout the coordination process
• Maintain awareness of relevant updates, policies, and service offerings
• Collaborate with internal team members to improve workflows and service delivery
• Accurately document client interactions, transactions, and records in company systems
