Job summary

Velvet Horizons is seeking a detail-oriented Planning Consultant to support clients with coordination and scheduling services. This remote role involves managing client requests, organizing logistics, and ensuring a smooth, end-to-end planning process.

You will communicate with clients, research options for accommodations and transportation, and document interactions while collaborating with the team to improve workflows. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and digital platforms to gather requirements and provide support
• Research and present suitable options for accommodations, transportation, and related services
• Prepare structured plans and coordinate scheduling based on client preferences and availability
• Process reservations and confirm service arrangements with third-party providers
• Provide consistent, professional customer support throughout the coordination process
• Maintain awareness of relevant updates, policies, and service offerings
• Collaborate with internal team members to improve workflows and service delivery
• Accurately document client interactions, transactions, and records in company systems
