Job summary

Velvet Horizons is seeking a detail-oriented Planning Consultant to support clients with coordination and scheduling services in a fully remote environment. You will manage client requests, organize logistics, and ensure a smooth end-to-end planning process.

You will communicate with clients via phone, email, and digital platforms, research options for accommodations and transportation, and document interactions in company systems while collaborating with the team to improve workflows.
