Job summary

Velvet Horizons is seeking a detail-oriented Planning Consultant to support clients with coordination and scheduling services in a fully remote environment. You will manage client requests, organize logistics, and ensure a smooth end-to-end planning process.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, presenting options for accommodations and transportation, processing reservations, and maintaining client records with professional support. Remote teamwork and ongoing training are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
