Job summary

Velvet Horizons, a fully remote service-oriented company, seeks a detail-oriented Planning Consultant to support clients with coordination and scheduling services. You will manage client requests, organize logistics, and ensure a smooth end-to-end planning process.

You will communicate with clients by phone, email, and digital platforms; research options for accommodations and transportation; coordinate third-party reservations; and document interactions in our systems.
