You will act as the primary contact for plan sponsors, addressing issues and coordinating solutions across internal teams, with collaboration across sales, recordkeeping, and operations to drive retention and improvements. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least three years in financial services, with a preference for a

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three or more years of financial services industry experience.
• Customer service experience and demonstrated customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned sponsored plans.
• Resolve service and communication issues through direct engagement with plan sponsors, customers, and internal functional teams, including money-in, money-out, and technical services.
• Participate in relationship management activities with plan sponsors and customers.
• Collaborate with sales, recordkeeping, and operations teams to support plan alignment.
• Contribute to product development and process improvement initiatives.
• Resolve complex customer service and communication issues.
• Identify and support plan retention opportunities involving plan sponsors, distribution partners, and third-party administrators.
• Support plan management 800-number calls as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
