Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a Plan Manager in Windsor, CT to support large retirement plan sponsors. You will build strong client relationships, solve complex issues, and collaborate across money in/out, technical services, operations, and recordkeeping teams to ensure client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, onboarding and mentoring teammates, and promoting automation solutions to improve plan administration and outcomes for participants.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Demonstrated customer service experience and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing complex, sensitive, or at-risk client relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned retirement plans and client relationships.
• Manage complex and sensitive client service issues and provide timely resolution.
• Build and maintain relationships with plan sponsors, participants, distribution partners, and TPAs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Partner with sales, recordkeeping, and operations to ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to retain business and strengthen client relationships.
• Promote products, services, and automation solutions based on client needs.
• Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of new team members.
