Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 4 years in financial services, or 2 years in defined contribution marketplace.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 licenses.
• State life/health or securities license required.
• Strong analytical, organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, distribution partners and TPAs.
• Develop business plans to identify key clients and actions to manage relationships.
• Consult with clients and brokers on investment issues including performance, diversification, style and suitability.
• Design participant education campaigns with the goal of increasing participation and contributions.
• Assist sales representatives with presentations and act as a subject matter expert on service models and processes.
