Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a client-focused specialist to support sponsored plans and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

You will serve as the primary contact for plan sponsors, resolving complex service and communication issues and coordinating solutions across internal teams. Collaborating with sales, recordkeeping, and operations, you will support plan alignment, client retention, process improvement, and business results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three or more years of financial services industry experience.
• Customer service experience and demonstrated customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned sponsored plans.
• Resolve service and communication issues through direct engagement with plan sponsors and internal teams.
• Partner with sales, recordkeeping and operations to support plan alignment.
