Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Physician Relations Team Manager in the United States to lead a nationwide, remotely working team focused on strengthening physician partnerships and expanding patient referrals across clinical service lines.

You will oversee daily operations, set performance targets, and leverage CRM and claims data to identify opportunities, measure campaigns, and improve patient access. Travel up to 10–15% is required.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in physician relations, healthcare business development, sales, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
• Experience with primary care or specialty physician groups and value-based care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the physician relations team and drive development.
• Set quarterly targets for new patient volume and monitor progress via meetings and reviews.
• Coach team members on sales and relationship-building with physicians and staff.
• Develop targeted outreach strategies using CRM data and claims insights.
• Analyze market trends and campaign results to optimize ROI and resources.
• Improve patient acquisition processes and reduce barriers to access.
• Translate field insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
