Job summary

Henry Schein, Inc. is seeking a Physician Lab Sales Specialist to drive CLIA-waived and moderately complex diagnostic solutions into physician-owned laboratories, urgent care centers, and community clinics.

The role includes POC testing, instrument placements, and multi-year reagent rental agreements, along with guidance on reimbursement and lab workflow optimization. You will collaborate with Field Sales Consultants, Inside Sales Consultants, and Executive Selling Teams to expand territory

Qualifications

• 7+ years of increasing responsibility in relevant roles.
• Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent; Master's degree or higher preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively (50%+); remote/home-office work environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote Henry Schein's laboratory solutions: instrumentation, reagents, consumables, and POC testing.
• Develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue and expand territory penetration.
• Coordinate with FSCs/ISCs/Executive teams to align customer strategy and wallet share.
• Engage with physicians, lab directors, and administrators to build trusted advisor relationships.
• Perform diagnostic workflow analyses to identify opportunities for upgrading instrumentation and improving reimbursement.
