Local Splash is seeking hungry sales professionals for a full-time, remote inside sales role targeting warm leads and new business across the United States. You will connect via phone with 200–300 cold prospects daily, handle inbound calls, and follow up to qualify opportunities while building rapport with small and medium businesses.

The position offers an uncapped bonus structure, a base hourly rate between $6 and $15 with DOE, and an annual OTE between $25,000 and $40,000.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in inside sales or phone sales.
• 1+ years of remote or work-from-home experience.
• 1+ years of SEO experience and/or Google Ads.
• Proficient with virtual communication tools and G Suite.
• Strong communication, organization, and goal-driven mindset.
• Ability to build rapport with small and medium business owners.
• Professional demeanor and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Connect via phone with 200–300 cold prospects daily (autodialer).
• Receive inbound calls through an automated dialer system.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to warm prospects.
• Generate interest and qualify business owners.
• Gather information to determine right-sized solutions.
