Job summary

Local Splash Corp is seeking energetic sales professionals for a fully remote, Monday to Friday schedule. You will handle 200–300 cold prospects daily using an autodialer, receive inbound calls, and follow up to qualify businesses with tailored solutions.

The role offers uncapped bonuses, an introductory hourly rate between $6 and $15 DOE, and an annual OTE of $25,000–$40,000. This full-time, work-from-home opportunity runs 7:00am–4:00pm (PST), with weekends off and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in inside sales, phone sales, cold calling, SaaS.
• 1+ years of experience working remotely and/or work from home.
• 1+ years of SEO and/or Google Ads experience.
• Proficient in English and Spanish.
• Experience with virtual collaboration tools and G Suite.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, ambitious.

Responsibilities

• Connect via phone with 200-300 cold prospects daily (autodialer).
• Receive inbound calls through an automated dialer system.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to warm prospects.
• Generate interest in business owners and qualify their businesses.
• Gather information to help determine right-sized solutions for clients.
