Job summary

Local Splash Corp. is hiring a full-time remote sales professional to connect with 200-300 cold prospects daily, qualify businesses, and tailor solutions. You will work from home, Monday to Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm (PST), with uncapped bonuses and a strong commission structure.

The role requires 1+ years in inside sales, remote work experience, and proficiency in English and Spanish. Tech setup includes a Windows PC, stable internet, and commonly used sales tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in inside sales, phone sales, cold calling or SaaS environments.
• 1+ years of experience working remotely or from home.
• 1+ years of SEO or Google Ads experience is a plus.
• Proficient in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools, G Suite, and CRM basics.

Responsibilities

• Make 200-300 cold calls daily using an autodialer.
• Handle inbound calls via automated dialer and follow up with warm prospects.
• Qualify businesses and uncover needs to propose solutions.
• Gather information to tailor right-sized services for clients.
