Local Splash is seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Associate to drive growth from home. This full-time, remote role guides pre-qualified prospects through the sales cycle, mentors peers, and earns uncapped commissions in a fast-paced online advertising environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a sales closer in Inside sales, telesales or SAAS.
• Ability to communicate clearly over the phone.
• Typing minimum 50 WPM.
• Experience working remotely is required.
• Knowledge of online advertising and search trends is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take 10–15 pre-qualified transfers per day and guide prospects through the sales cycle.
• Mentor peers and sales associates to help achieve team goals.
• Follow up on pipeline prospects and callbacks.
• Build rapport and engage prospects on Relevant Ads products.
• Communicate rebuttals to objections and discuss online marketing needs.
