Localmovers is seeking a results-driven outbound sales associate to engage US-based SMBs and convert cold leads into qualified opportunities. You will use a power dialer to reach prospects, record outcomes, and schedule follow-ups during US business hours.

This role is 100% remote, with uncapped commission and bonus opportunities. You will join an innovative team, receive direct coaching, and work with pre-vetted leads designed to support a high-close rate.

Qualifications

• No formal education required, just the right attitude and skills.
• Experience dealing with US clients.
• Fluent English with a neutral accent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High independence and a self-starting attitude.

Responsibilities

• Use a power dialer to quickly process many cold leads.
• Accurately record and update call outcomes, notes, and appointments.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure attendance by leads.
• Loop back/re-engage on email/social DM; we automate outbound emails.
