AnewHealth is seeking Pharmacy Technicians for our Patient Care Center of Excellence. This full-time, remote-eligible role supports phone-based patient interactions, data entry, and coordination with pharmacists to ensure quality care across the nation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• PTCB or NHA certification and current certificate.
• Must maintain Pharmacy Technician registration with State Board.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment.
• Enter high-volume prescription data with speed and accuracy.
• Obtain prescription authorizations, clarifications, or transfers.
• Perform claim adjudication and audits including prior authorizations and eligibility checks.
• Assist with patient care issues and on-boarding of new patients.
• Maintain confidential patient records and accurate medication profiles.
• Support pharmacists and technicians in onboarding and outbound calls.
• Respond to patient questions and provide world-class service.
• Operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment across the nationwide patient base.
