Job summary

AnewHealth is recruiting Pharmacy Technicians for its Patient Care Center of Excellence. This remote role involves phone-based interactions with patients, doctors, and facilities, handling prescription processing, authorizations, transfers, and data entry.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, relevant certification (PTCB/NHA), and pharmacy registration, with prior pharmacy experience preferred. The position emphasizes confidentiality and high-volume, fast-paced support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• PTCB or NHA certification with current certificate.
• Must maintain State Board of Pharmacy registration.
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment.
• Enter a high volume of data with speed and accuracy.
• Process prescription authorizations, clarifications or transfers.
• Perform claim adjudication and prior authorizations.
• Onboard new patients to ExactCare and maintain records.
• Support pharmacists with patient care and documentation.
