AnewHealth is seeking Pharmacy Technicians for its Patient Care Center of Excellence. This remote/office-based role involves phone-based interactions with patients, doctors, and facilities, handling prescription data, authorizations, and transfers, while supporting nationwide patient care.

Responsibilities include high-volume data entry, maintaining confidentiality, and collaboration with clinical pharmacists to ensure quality patient experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with PTCB or NHA certification.
• Current pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy.
• 18+ years old; prior pharmacy experience.
• Office-based (or remote) role requiring siting at a desk most of the day.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment.
• Enter high volumes of data with speed and accuracy.
• Receive prescription authorizations, clarifications, or transfers.
• Perform claim adjudication and prior authorizations and billing checks.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Assist with onboarding new patients and coordinating with pharmacists.
