AnewHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for its remote Patient Engagement Center of Excellence. You will handle phone-based interactions with patients, doctors, and facilities, supporting multiple pharmacy software systems and patient care stages to ensure quality service nationwide.

Responsibilities include inbound/outbound calls, medication profile management, data entry, and collaboration with pharmacists and staff to onboard new patients and support ongoing care.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or National Health Association (NHA) certification.
• Maintain a current pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service daily in a phone-based environment.
• Answer a high volume of inbound calls from patients and serve as ExactCare expert to resolve questions.
• Place outbound calls to create or update medication profiles.
• Assist patients with questions over the phone.
• Navigate case queues to resolve patient care issues.
• Act as liaison between clinical pharmacists and other medical professionals.
• Perform claim adjudication and auditing duties (prior authorizations, billing, eligibility).
• Collect on balances and maintain patient records with confidentiality.
