AnewHealth is hiring Pharmacy Technicians for our Patient Care Center of Excellence in a remote-based setting. You will handle phone-based interactions with patients, doctors, and facilities, while supporting multiple stages of patient care and ensuring quality outcomes across the nationwide client base.

The role emphasizes data entry, prescription authorizations, and collaboration with pharmacists, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient experiences from home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• PTCB or NHA certification and current pharmacy technician certification.
• Must maintain a pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment.
• Enter a high volume of prescription data accurately.
• Process prescription authorizations, clarifications or transfers.
• Perform claim adjudication and auditing duties including prior authorizations.
• Outbound calls to patients and onboarding support.
• Coordinate with pharmacists and clinicians on patient care.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality.
• Work in a fast-paced nationwide environment.
