AnewHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for its remote Patient Engagement Center. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality phone-based pharmacy support to patients, doctors, and facilities across the United States.

You will handle a high volume of inbound calls, update medication profiles, coordinate with pharmacists, and assist with prior authorizations and billing while maintaining strict confidentiality and excellent data accuracy.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• PTCB or NHA certification required and current.
• Pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment.
• Handle high-volume inbound calls from patients, doctors, and facilities.
• Place outbound calls to update or create medication profiles.
• Assist with patient questions over the phone and problem solve care issues.
• Coordinate with clinicians and pharmacists on patient care matters.
• Perform claim adjudication, prior authorizations, and billing checks.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy.
