AnewHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our Patient Care Center of Excellence. This remote, office-based role involves phone-based interactions with patients, doctors, and facilities, handling prescription data, authorizations, and transfers with accuracy and confidentiality.

You will work in a fast-paced environment supporting ExactCare Pharmacy services nationwide, ensuring quality patient care and efficient pharmacy operations while upholding regulatory standards and company

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• PTCB or NHA certification and maintain certificate.
• Must maintain State Board of Pharmacy registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment.
• Enter prescription data with speed and accuracy.
• Receive authorizations, clarifications, or transfers using pharmacy software.
• Perform claim adjudication and billing checks, including prior authorizations.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality and attention to detail.
• On-board new patients and serve as liaison with pharmacists.
