Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for our remote Patient Engagement Center of Excellence, enabling quality care for patients from home. You will speak with patients, doctors, and facilities by phone, navigating pharmacy software to support patient care throughout multiple stages.

This fast-paced, nationwide role requires outbound and inbound calls, data entry, and collaboration with pharmacists to onboard new patients and maintain medication profiles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• PTCB or NHA certification required; maintain current certificate.
• Pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment.
• Handle high volume inbound calls from patients and act as ExactCare expert.
• Place outbound calls to update patient medication profiles.
• Assist with patient questions and resolve care issues over the phone.
• Process claims, prior authorizations, billing and eligibility checks.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records.
