Job summary

AnewHealth is a leading pharmacy care management company serving patients nationwide. Pharmacy Technicians on our Patient Engagement team primarily resolve inbound questions about services in a remote, closed-door environment, talking with patients, doctors, and facilities.

This full-time, remote position requires a high school diploma, PTCB or NHA certification, and active State Board registration, plus prior pharmacy experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified with PTCB or NHA and maintain current certificate.
• Must maintain a Pharmacy Technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound calls and resolve patient questions.
• Collect patient balances when due.
• Provide excellent service in a remote, phone-based environment.
• Coordinate between clinicians, technicians, and specialists for patient care.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Serve as backup support during peak call times.
• Demonstrate AnewHealth core values in all interactions.
