AnewHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for its Patient Engagement team. This remote, full-time role focuses on handling patient inquiries by phone, resolving questions about service, and coordinating with pharmacists to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities include managing patient records, collecting balances, and maintaining strict confidentiality while delivering excellent customer service in a closed-door pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• PTCB or NHA certification and current certificate.
• Maintain a pharmacy technician registration with State Board.
• Experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
• Comfortable in a fully remote/phone-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from current patients and resolve questions.
• Collect patient balances when due.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a closed-door pharmacy environment.
• Serve as liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals.
• Partner with technicians and pharmacists to ensure excellent patient care.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Assist during high call volume periods.
• Comply with state and federal regulations and documentation standards.
