AnewHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Technician on our Patient Engagement team. This remote, phone-based role focuses on resolving inbound questions from patients, doctors and facilities, in a fully closed-door pharmacy environment.

You will use multiple pharmacy software systems, collect balances, and collaborate with pharmacists and specialists to ensure high-quality patient care while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB/NHA) and current license/registration.
• Must maintain State Board of Pharmacy registration.

Responsabilités

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from patients and healthcare professionals.
• Collect patient balances when due.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and other staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy.
