AnewHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Technician on our Patient Engagement team. This fully remote role involves speaking with patients, doctors, and facilities to resolve service questions and coordinate care.

You will work in a closed-door environment, using multiple pharmacy software systems and maintaining strict confidentiality. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, PTCB/NHA certification, and a state registration.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a high school diploma or GED and hold a PTCB or NHA certification.
• Must maintain a pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy.
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting and ability to work remotely.

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from current patients and resolve questions.
• Collect on patient balances when due and maintain records with accuracy.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a closed-door, phone-based environment.
• Serve as liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals.
• Collaborate with technicians, pharmacists, and specialists to deliver care.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Provide backup support during peak call times and high-volume periods.
• Communicate clearly about prescriptions, transfers, and clarifications.
