AnewHealth is seeking Pharmacy Technicians for our Patient Engagement team. This remote, closed-door pharmacy role focuses on resolving patient questions by phone, coordinating with doctors and facilities, and supporting patient care throughout multiple pharmacy software platforms.

Ideal candidates will have a High school diploma, PTCB/NHA certification, and current State Board registration, with prior pharmacy experience and strong confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be 18+ years old and have prior pharmacy setting experience.

Responsabilités

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from current patients and resolve questions as an ExactCare expert.
• Collect on patient balances when due.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a closed-door, phone-based pharmacy environment.
• Serve as liaison between clinical pharmacists and other medical professionals.
• Partner with technicians, pharmacists and specialists to ensure excellent patient care.
