Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our Patient Engagement team in a fully remote environment. You will handle inbound calls from patients, doctors, and facilities, resolving questions and collecting balances while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

You should have a High school diploma/GED and a PTCB or NHA certificate, with strong pharmacy knowledge and exceptional customer service skills. Prior remote work and proficiency with pharmacy software are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or National Health Association (NHA) credential.
• Pharmacy knowledge and strong customer service skills.
