Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician to join our Patient Engagement team in a remote, phone-based environment. You will resolve inbound questions from patients, doctors, and facilities while handling patient balances and maintaining confidentiality.

The role involves using multiple pharmacy software systems, collaborating with pharmacists and other professionals, and delivering exceptional care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB or NHA) with active registration.
• Must be 18+ and have prior pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from patients and resolve questions.
• Collect on patient balances when due.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a remote pharmacy environment.
• Serve as liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Support times of higher patient call volume as needed.
• Assist with prescriptions, transfers, and clarifications as appropriate.
