AnewHealth, one of the nation’s leading pharmacy care management companies, is hiring Pharmacy Technicians for its Patient Engagement team. This remote, inbound-call role focuses on resolving patient questions and balancing accounts in a closed-door pharmacy environment while coordinating with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care.

You will work with multiple pharmacy software systems, maintain patient records with discretion, and provide excellent service by

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• PTCB or NHA certification and current certificate.
• Must maintain a state Pharmacy Technician registration.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from patients and resolve questions.
• Collect on patient balances when due.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a remote, phone-based pharmacy environment.
• Serve as liaison between clinical pharmacists and other medical professionals.
• Partner with technicians, pharmacists, and specialists to ensure excellent patient care.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Provide backup support during high call volume periods.
• Assist patients with questions over the phone.

• Other duties as assigned.
