AnewHealth, in collaboration with ExactCare, is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to join the Patient Engagement team in a fully remote role. You'll handle inbound calls from patients and professionals, assist with balances, and support customer service in a closed-door pharmacy setting.

Requirements include HS diploma, PTCB/NHA certification, and state registration, with 18+ years of age and prior pharmacy experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• Certified with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA) and maintain a current certificate.
• Must maintain a pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy.
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting.

Responsabilités

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from current patients and serve as an ExactCare expert to resolve their questions.
• Collect on patient balances when patient has an amount due.
• Providing an exceptional customer service experience each day in a closed door, phone-based Pharmacy environment.
• Serving as a liaison between the clinical pharmacists and other medical professionals on patients’ behalf.
• Partner with technicians, pharmacists, and specialists to ensure that patients receive excellent care with ExactCare.
• Maintaining patient records with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Serve as backup support for times of higher patient call volume.
• Effectively assist with patient questions over the phone.
• Embody AnewHealth’s Core Values in all communications and interactions.
• Other duties as assigned.
