Job summary

AnewHealth is hiring Engagement Technicians to handle patient inquiries in a remote, closed-door pharmacy setting. You will speak with patients, doctors, and facilities by phone, helping resolve service questions and balance collections while maintaining confidentiality.

The role requires a high school diploma, PTCB/NHA certification, and state registration, with prior pharmacy experience and strong customer service skills. The schedule spans weekdays and Saturdays, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified with PTCB or NHA and maintain current certificate.
• Must maintain a pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from current patients and resolve questions.
• Collect on patient balances when due.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a closed-door pharmacy environment.
• Act as liaison between clinical pharmacists and other medical professionals on patients’ behalf.
• Collaborate with technicians, pharmacists and specialists to ensure quality care.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality.
• Serve as backup support during high call volumes.
• Assist patients with questions over the phone.
