Job summary

AnewHealth, a nationwide pharmacy care management company, is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join its Patient Engagement team in a remote, phone-based environment. You will resolve inbound questions from patients, doctors, and facilities while maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities include handling high-volume calls, collecting balances, collaborating with pharmacists and technicians, and ensuring confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• PTCB or NHA certification preferred and current.
• Must maintain a State Board of Pharmacy registration.
• 18+ years of age and prior experience in a pharmacy setting.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from current patients and serve as an ExactCare expert to resolve their questions.
• Collect on patient balances when patient has an amount due.
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience in a closed-door pharmacy environment.
• Serve as liaison between clinical pharmacists and other medical professionals.
• Partner with technicians, pharmacists, and specialists to ensure patients receive excellent care.
• Maintain patient records with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Provide backup support during high call volume.
