AnewHealth seeks a Pharmacy Technician to join its Patient Engagement team in a fully remote, phone-based environment. You will handle inbound calls from patients, resolve questions about services, and support pharmacists and clinicians to ensure accurate, confidential patient records and excellent care.

The role emphasizes high-volume call handling, balance collection, and cross-functional coordination with pharmacy staff, all while complying with state and federal regulations.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; PTCB or NHA certification required.
• Must maintain active pharmacy technician registration.
• 18+ years old and prior pharmacy experience required.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision and strong documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from current patients and serve as an ExactCare expert to resolve their questions.
• Collect on patient balances when patient has an amount due.
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience in a closed-door, phone-based pharmacy environment.
• Serve as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and other medical professionals on patients’ behalf.
• Partner with technicians and pharmacists to ensure patients receive excellent care.
• Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide backup support during high patient call volume.
• Assist patients with questions over the phone.
• Align with AnewHealth’s Core Values in communications and actions.
