AnewHealth is hiring Pharmacy Technicians to join the Patient Engagement team in a remote, phone-based environment. You will resolve inbound questions, manage patient balances and support ongoing patient care with clinicians and pharmacists.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, accuracy, and strong customer service as you navigate multiple pharmacy software systems from a remote location.

Qualifications

• Remote, phone-based pharmacy technician role.
• Must maintain PTCB/NHA certification and State Board registration.
• Experience in pharmacy setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from patients and resolve questions.
• Collect on patient balances when due.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a closed-door pharmacy environment.
• Serve as liaison between clinicians, pharmacists and other medical staff.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Assist with times of higher call volume as backup.
