Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking Pharmacy Technicians for its Patient Care Center of Excellence in a remote role supporting patients, doctors, and facilities by phone. You will work in a closed-door environment with data entry and prescription processing as part of a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities include handling authorizations, transfers, and claims, processing high volumes of data, and collaborating with pharmacists to ensure accurate and confidential patient care across nationwide locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified with PTCB or NHA and maintain current certificate.
• Must maintain a pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment.
• Enter a high volume of data with speed and accuracy.
• Receive prescription authorizations, clarifications or transfers.
• Perform claim adjudication and auditing duties including prior authorizations, billing and eligibility checks.
• Work through case queues to solve patient care issues.
• Serve as liaison between clinical pharmacists and other medical professionals.
