Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• PTCB or NHA certification and ongoing renewal.
• State Board of Pharmacy registration required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment.
• Enter and process prescription information quickly and accurately.
• Receive and clarify prescription authorizations and transfers.
• Perform claim adjudication and billing checks as needed.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Assist with onboarding new patients and coordinating with pharmacists.
